At the Tbilisi Cancer  Center any gynecological surgery is conducted using vaginal approach as well as using a laparoscopy and hysterosecope.
Onco-ginecolocical patients on initial and advanced stages undergo surgeris at our Clinic:  

• During cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, vulva and vaginal cancer

Surgical intervention takes place with radical scale.

• Radical hysterectomy, so called Vertheim surgery, removal of small pelvic lymph nodes;
• Cytoreduction during ovarian cancer of the III stage - reduction of metastases, deperitonization of pelvis, removal of the tumor in the intestine, paraaortic lymphadenectomy; extirpation of the omentum/caul
• Radical vulvectomy 
• Anterior and exterior exenteration
